A discussion on how managers can support employees so they start strongly and stay engaged and productive.

Jocelyn Visser, MyHR Business Partner, leads a webinar to help you understand what’s driving the current skills shortage, how this affects SMBs, and what you can do to hire and keep great staff.

Jocelyn will cover the ins and outs of bringing new employees into the fold, key practices to make sure your hires hit the ground running, and how managers can navigate the increasingly common challenge of onboarding, supporting, and retaining employees who work remotely.

There will be time for questions and answers and, if you have a specific question you would like answered, please submit these ahead of time to
