Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers

Changes to refund policy

To quote singer Katy Perry, planning for our annual conference in 2020 has very much been:

and we are sure it has been much of the same from an attendee’s perspective.

Which is why, given consideration to the uncertainly of what will happen next with the COVID-19 pandemic, and the risk of lockdown levels changing, we have changed our refund policy for event tickets to #Bookkeepcon20.

In the event that the #Bookkeepcon20 is unable to proceed in November due to Covid-19 restrictions or lockdown, all ticket holders will receive a 100% refund on their conference and dinner tickets.

We have an exciting line up of speakers and exhibitors planned for #Bookkeepcon20 which we believe will be of great educational value to delegates – and allow them to make worthwhile contacts among industry organisations.

We also need your support too ensure the event can go ahead!

Without certainty around our attendee numbers, we run the risk of not being able to proceed with the event and present you with these valuable resources, contacts and educational opportunities.

So, if you were holding off on purchasing your event ticket due to the uncertainty of the COVID situation, we hope that this change to our refund policy eases your mind that you will not be out of pocket if a cancellation is required.

See you in Napier this November!
