Join Regional Directors Asami and Fyrn, and other local Bookkeepers to discuss processes and procedures in your business and afterward a Christmas lunch.
Processes and Procedures – Part 3
Best Practice – It is documenting procedures that are accepted or prescribed as being correct or most effective. We can now take a look at what is best practice when completing the tasks for our clients and why it is important.
Join us for lunch from 12noon to 2:00 pm at Speight’s Ale House Tower Junction, 2 Troup Drive, Riccarton, 8011.
If you are not able to make the meeting, you are still more than welcome to join us at lunch and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved break and celebrate what we have achieved this year.
Please email email@example.com by Monday 2nd December so we can confirm numbers with Speights.
At this meeting we will cover:
- Update from the Regional Directors meeting
- New business
- Best Practice – what is best practice for GST Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Bank Reconciliation, etc. How is the information recorded?
- Entertainment Expenses – this is always a minefield, with Christmas just around the corner it is a great time to talk through scenarios and how to help our clients with what can and cannot be claimed. Please bring along examples of what your clients have tried to claim...these always make for a great discussion.
