The ICBNZ annual conference is being held at Distinction Hamilton Hotel & Conference Centre, Te Rapa, Hamilton on 27 and 28 July 2018 and we want you to join us.

The attendance fee for conference is $395.00 and registrations are open until 5pm, 29 June 2018

Complimentary apparel

As part of your conference registration members are entitled to a free branded t-shirt. To order your complimentary apparel, after adding your conference booking to your basket go go to shop (top right of your browser), go into apparel and select the approprirate size shirt to add it to your basket.  Once added go to your cart (top right of your browser) and you will see both items in your basket.  Simply complete the checkout from here. 

Orders for apparel need to be made by 29 June 2018.

Your shirt will be avaliable for collection upon registration at conference. 


Non-members are welcome to attend our conference for a fee of $595.00.

This is a great opportunity for members to bring along their business partners who may not yet be members to take advantage of networking opportunities, or for those thinking of joining our community to find our first hand from our members the benefits of what we can offer. 

Special Dietary Requirements

At the time of booking your place for the conference, we ask that you also note any special dietary requirements you might have so we can ensure you are catered for.

Please note that the venues have advised that they can only cater for Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegetarian diets. We cannot guarantee that any other special dietary requirements can be met. We require all special requests to be made at the time of booking.

Annual General Meeting

The formal Annual General Meeting will be held from 4.30pm to 5.30pm on day 1 of conference (Friday, 27 July 2018).  All meeting material (the finances, the operations report, the accomplishments, and the future) will be made available prior to the 2018 Conference including the constitution changes.

For our certified members, #Bookkeepcon18 counts for 50 points towards your CPD requirements. These will automatically be recorded on your CPD Log after your attendance is confirmed.
