Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great” ~ Zig Ziglar

Education is a core vision of the association and it is something that we are passionate about for our members.  Your continued development and growth as a bookkeeper is what shows the nation the value of the bookkeeping industry.

No matter how much experience you have, or how good your business reputation is – there is always something new to learn.

As an association we are proud to offer an educational pathway for our members together with supplementary courses along the way.

If you have any questions about the content on this page, please contact our Education team by email at education@icnzb.org.nz

Development pathway

The aim of the Development pathway is to have a respected qualification that is valued not just by our members, but also others within our industry and members of the general public.

This pathway recognises the competency of our individual members and is not a learning platform.  ICNZB does not teach bookkeeping.

Our Certified Bookkeeper membership offers you the opportunity to grow with your business, and promote yourself to the nation at the level of experience that suits you.

The certification pathway is designed to allow our Certified Bookkeeper and Employee Certified Bookkeeper members continuing professional development during their membership with us and begins with our entry level membership -
